Ryan Emerson is a house producer, DJ, and degreed recording engineer based in Bali, Indonesia, where he builds records with live musicians from around the world.

He has three EPs out on S&S Records Chicago, the imprint founded by 4x GRAMMY nominated House pioneer Steve "Silk" Hurley and global DJ/producer Shannon "DJ Skip" Syas. He is a signed artist on Robert Owens' Musical Directions, where he has also delivered two remixes, and on K' Alexi Shelby's Klassik Blueprint Muzik. His music has charted in the Top 100 and reached 145 territories in the past year, with its deepest audiences in Italy, Brazil, Spain, and Germany.

The dancefloor came first. Ryan started throwing underground events and DJing in the mid 90s, earning residencies across the West Coast and sharing stages with Kevin Saunderson, DJ Wayne Williams, and GRAMMY winner Maurice Joshua. K' Alexi Shelby, who mentored him through his move into production,  called him "LA's secret weapon, my little brother brings the heat."

What separates the records is how they are made. Strings, brass, guitars, and vocals from collaborators across four continents, tracked and mixed by Ryan himself, then can be brought to the stage and preformed with a live band.
